  • With exclusive access to Nunney International for our Capture the Action Equestrian Photography Workshops, these international competitions offer you the unique chance to hone your photography skills.
  • You will take images of some of the very best riders in the sport against the buzz of a top class competition.
  • You will explore how to photograph the different equestrian disciplines of dressage, show jumping and cross country while experiencing the buzz of a live equestrian event.
  • We will look at each discipline separately and take time to explore the “money shots” of each including horse sense such as where to stand and how to capture the gaits at their best, and all the technical details required such as camera and equipment, composition and light.
  • Ultimately you will be inspired by what you learn and experience and you will come away from the workshop with a good knowledge of what to look for and how to go about capturing great pictures of horses so that you know how to turn mediocre shots into really special ones.

The price for the day is £175.00 per person.

    Gather at 08:30am for a health and safety talk for the day followed by discussion on the order of disciplines for each photographer and the format of the day at Nunney International.

    We’ll then head out for photography at Nunney International starting with a Cross Country course walk to discuss images, locations and light.

    Lunch will be at Nunney International in the officials marque, along with a review of the day’s photography, and analysis of any images available before departure.
