About Malcolm

Malcolm is a respected, internationally published horse photographer based on Dartmoor in Devon, England.

His passion & enthusiasm for capturing horses within the landscape is obvious, and it is this passion that has allowed him to develop his own unique contemporary documentary style of fine art photography. This is proving immensely popular in the equestrian world.

Malcolm’s love of horses and the outdoors is a lifetime affair, Observing and capturing images of horses within extraordinary environments is a conservation-minded passion that’s rooted in a deep affection and respect for the environment.

As you’d expect the resulting images and landscape photographs are stunning, revealing Malcolm’s feelings about the fantastic places he is so in tune with and his love of horses. The images are clear, dramatic and very beautiful, evoking the unique beauty of horses within their environment.

Malcolm has a deep passion for Dartmoor National Park and knows Dartmoor and the herds of ponies that roam free intimately, including all the secret, special places the moorland has to offer.

Malcolm is proud to be an Ambassador for Visit Dartmoor, working with the team to promote what Dartmoor has to offer for all age groups and activities.

Malcolm runs horse photography workshops on Dartmoor and at some of the top equestrian sports venues such as Badminton, Bicton Arena & Nunney International Horse trials.
